I picked up a crochet kit from John Lewis in the sale was 20 now 5 - I intend to give it a go when I have finished my venturing into knitting. If there is a John Lewis near you Cathy why not give it a go. The instructions look quite easy.

 

I love the chicken clutch - looks very cosy and great to tuck under your arm, would be a wonderful talking point when out and about too.
