hi there all hope you are all ok. iv just painted a new sign in slate my they are so more challenging than a timber sign but just as rewarding lol heres the link to my flickr page would love to know what you think

That's fantastic. Is it easy to do? I'd love to make a name for my house but I'm not sure how to ensure that the letters are clear. I certainly wouldn't be able to do it freehand! Or I could but I might not have any visitors.

thanks for all ur nice comments. i wouldnt say its easy to do but its all about taking ur time and having all the stuff u need at hand. my first attempts a few yrs back were hard but its patience too. and believing in urself too. as for profesional not really, more a very very keen amateur that plods on learning new and exciting methods of craftworks

with a little twist i have a nice sign im glazing at the moment of some favorells that I'd love to post here so watch this space

thanks for your nice comments. no i keep pigeons but my sister keeps a small bundle at her house.i mean garden as that would be wrong lol so i take pics of them and draw lots . i do have other images to share . so keep em peeled as i update them . steve
