Cinnamon
Did you see this? I could hardly believe 2 such huge stars were on the show, and what great sports they were Even Tom came across as a normal bloke (if you ignore the expensive motorbikes)....he didn't even jump on the sofa once Good for them! LuckyChickenLover-
Damn I missed it. I'll catch up on iPlayer later after I finish wating Sherlock for the second time.
chickencam
They had us in stitches, the best bit was when Tom came round the last corner on 2 wheels, they said 2 I would swear it was only 1 very briefly I also loved James May in the Vayron (sp) going at 260 mph, he was loving it The Senna feature was a real change of mood but a realistic honest tribute. LuckyChickenLover-
AWWW I wanna watch it but iPlayer isn't working . I think they must be updating the site or something because all other websites are fine. Is anyone else's iPlayer not working or is it just me? Griffin
Iplayer is working fine for me. The Ayrton Senna tribute was superb. I don't have the time to follow F1 as much as I did back then but I used to be utterly devoted to it and he was a joy to watch. It was a real treat to see that lap at Donnington again, perfection. The weekend he died was just awful and the gap he left behind will never been filled.
LuckyChickenLover-
Iplayer is working fine for me. Fixed for me now, too . I think they must have just been doing some site maintainence. I'm watching the episode now. Tom on two wheels
chickencam
ED tried about hald an hour ago to watch Sherlock on iplayer through the Wii and it wasn't working. It was a very good TG this week. I meant to post about the one a couple of weeks ago when they were wedding drivers because at least the Aston Martin must have driven past my house and the garden centre where James May turned round was the one that I use the most
bronze
It was good wasn't it. you can tell that they've had their budget slashed in a big way though
bluekarin
watching it now That Bugatti Veyron is Awsome! I almost couldn't watch with the speedo going up and up - worried about the road running out *back to watching it - Tom and Cam are on now* Edit - just finished watching it Well done Top Gear. A wonderful tribute to Senna. Watching those cars go round made me think back to my childhood with my dad watching the racing on a Sunday afternoon. They were racing cars, not like the remote control ones of today. That said, I'd rather be in one of todays cars with all the safety features. docsquid
We watched it live and thought it was excellent, particularly the Ayrton Senna tribute. The Donington lap was amazing - we've done track days there, so know the track and can't figure out how anybody could do that! Tom and Cameron were really great too - no Hollywood attitude, and pretty good lap times considering they aren't used to a left hand gear change! Happy chickens!
to Docsquid - not that I'm jealous or anything cos I drool over TC Great entertainment anyway!
Rhapsody
"Der Langsammer" Tom and Cameron were a delight to watch on the show and a real coup. Bah humbug to anyone who says TG is running out of juice!
chickencam
It certainly isn't running out of juice, that whole episode was brilliant TV.
Cinnamon
Just read that next weeks star in a reasonably priced car is Jeff Goldblum, who I love

jlo
I think that iplayer did go a bit funny on Monday. Chris Evans was raving about TG on Monday morning and said yesterday that so many people had been going on that it had gone funny for a while.
