foreveryoung
I remember seeing something where the chock pecked or pulled something and corn or whatever treat fell out. I was wondering if anyone had an idea what it was and it it was possible to get one and where from?? I dont plan to fill it all the time but I thought every now and then eg when we are on holiday and other people are looking after them, it might occupy them for a bit. They have corn, greens hanging around every now and then... Emma x
Tutti Frutti
I bought a cable tidy - it's like a wind=up drum, about a quid in Maplin. I plan to hide goodies in it and encourage them to peck it out! I bought a poo-bag holder from Tescos but the hole's too big so one flick and all the contents fell out

Luvachicken
Somone else suggested a rodent treat ball - so I got one for my girls, they soon got the hang of moving it about to get the corn out.

Mollie333
Hi, First of all get together a corn on the cob, and a simple tent pole. Shove the tent pole through the corn and hang up (if you have a eglu, put a small square of chicken wire) by wrapping the end of the tent pole around the mesh. Basically hang up some corn! They love it.. And stops them squealing in the morning!
greyhoundgirl
I must be thick but is the corn on the cob cooked? My girls have had one hanging up in their run since yesterday and are terrified of it!
