The Dogmother
The actual Onya site has great customer service; I ordered one of the dog poo bag carriers and it arrived with the cord damaged. I called and they sent a replacement and told me to keep the original one

sage
The other week I had to return an item at M&S. The lady asked if I wanted to leave the bag and I did. I then had a wander round the store and ended up in the food area, it then dawned on me I needed to pay for a bag so I went back to the customer services and asked for my bag back. The poor woman must have thought i was mad. Sage
mostin
I have a purple Onya bag, I had never used one before I got this one and I am truly amazed at how strong they are and how small the pouch is when it is folded up. It is always in my handbag now .
The Dogmother
I keep a brown and orange one in my bag too, Mostin. Re-useable bags are dotted all over my house and in the car
LuckyChickenLover-
A couple of years back I had to do bag packing at Sainsburys to make money for my scout troop ( Everyone thought I was stealing their stuff ) It amazed and suprised me how many bags are used! And some people only put a couple of items in each bag . I am all for people having to pay for carrier bags, but I don't understand why they would make the rules different in different departments. whoopsie
I wish you could use paper bags for veg - you get them for mushrooms! I have asked my local Sainsburys but no luck yet.
Christian
If I forget my onya bags, I use the paper mushroom papers for all my veg.
