CallyChook
what a lovely set up! As a mummy in a very tight - budgetted family with home made botched hen accomodation, I'm officially jealous they're beautiful hens and a nice varied-looking flock xx
Mercedes55
Very nice pics I really love how you've made that ramp, never seen anything quite like it, I bet your girls love it
chicken bark
Yes that worked. You've given them a lovely run with lots to keep them occupied. I like the handy chicken watching chair you have outside the run too. Essential.

Chortle Chook
That is just such a lovely set up! I'm pea green. I'm going to steal an idea or two to liven up my chicken coop.
janeears
Wonderful! What a fantastic home you've created. Your girls are very fortunate to have such a stimulating environment. Our WIR is due to be delivered next week and we're already collecting possible branches etc!! We'll scrutinise your set-up very carefully, if that's ok?!! hopetofinish
Thanks for the lovely replies. The WIR is still work in progress. It now has guttering leading down to a water butt, and hubby will put in more roosting opportunities shortly. I think he has enjoyed it every bit as much as me All the girls fast asleep in the correct positions in the Eglu tonight. Another good day. Glad you have enjoyed the photos. Most of our ideas were nicked from the inspiration thread, so thanks to all those who posted
