New Products from Omlet?

Recommended Posts

In another thread this was said...

The couple who run the garden centre are really nice and friendly we had a lovely long chat. Apparently (you may already know this of course) Omlet only allow three retailers to sell the go, and only the go. I said a cube would look fab next to the go but they are not allowed one. He also said that Omlet are bringing out some new products in January that they would be able to sell - have I missed something ?? does anyone know of new products next year ??

Any ideas/info on what might be coming in Jan?

Feel free to add wide speculation! :D

I should of added that the chap had said that he thought it was already known through the 'Omlet community', that 's why I thought I had missed something. Do bear in mind that he could be completely wrong, I'd feel a bit of a fool if I get everyone all excited, speculating what it could be and it turns out to be nonsence :lol: - but we could have fun coming up with ideas  .

We'll inevitably get excited but won't hold it against you if it all come to nothing!! :D

I didn't want to hijack your other thread so hope it's ok I've qoted you here!

Yes, of course  Shall we start the ball rolling ?? I think they should make a WIR, but the panel frames to be made in moulded plastic like the coops so you can have the run co-ordinated with your (cube green) or (orange eglu) etc.

Just had a chat with a nice man at Omlet. My cube was delivered on Monday but we haven't been able to put it together as some of the brackets are missing. Whilst I was on the phone, I had a quick chat.

Apparently, Omlet's new products are a sort of modular walk in run that fits onto the cube and a new cube on the same lines as the eglu Go.

Hadn't heard about the WIR. Can see it being quite expensive with a 1m eglu extension being £80

Interesting to see how its done + all the support it'll need to stand up.

Really good idea though 8)

Cube Go sounds good - esp for moving around + transporting abroad etc :D Hope the cube version has an egg port ... thats the one negative about the Go !gored!

Oh and where its made ;)
