green
Go Teazel! I got my first egg ever yesterday and thought I would burst because I couldn't tell anyone straight away, Hubby was at work and I couldn't even come here to share the news because they were updating the site. No egg today, and I would know because I've only checked three times and kept adding more bedding to make the nest more comfy!
Charlie7
My new little White Star presented me with a perfect little white eggy today Funny,as she seems the least developed of all my new girls! My Bantam Wyandotte also started to lay a few days ago and she also seems to be the least developed.

Purplemaniacs
My two Snowbells are my most regular layers at the moment, I love their white eggs they seem so white I hope the two girls don't wear themselves out like the two omlet girls did. Well done Teazel Chrissie
Cinnamon
Actually,we are not 100% that it is Teazel now. White Star eggs are startling purest white - this one is more Aubiose coloured & she is the only hen not to be squatting for us - I reckon one of the other new hens just lays a palest ivory egg
Lewis
Well do to whoever laid it then!
Cinnamon
It WAS Teazel - I just went down there & she was on the nest. I put my hand out to pick up another egg & she plopped a nice white egg into my hand And another newbie came into lay today too, so just one more girl to go I had forgotten how teeny brand new eggs are though
Snowy
Thats really good news! I'm hoping that one or more of my newbies will start to lay soon as well! The columbines in particular are developing very nice, red face furniture and blue ears!
