Did you see the wild flower seed hand grenades for kids to chuck? Some people may balk at the idea what with the world the way it is n'all but I thought they were kinda fun. Kids are kids after all.

I did. I have seen them before, and they are a good idea. The time to worry would be if a kid set light to it before chucking

I must have a go at making my own. Enamel kettles are easy to get hold of in charity shops.

I bought a wooden seed tray from this company last year for a friend's birthday with 'hen and hammock' printed on the side. She loved it, but her husband was completely mystified as to why I had given her an 'empty' box and why she was so thrilled with it. He stated that if only he had known he could have given her a gift of an empty box he would have done so. I only hope that this year he doesn't try to give her a present of the wrong sort of empty box..............
