The main responsibilities of the role are to be the key point of contact for customer calls providing an excellent level of customer service that exceeds expectations. If you an Omlet customer with an eglu and chickens then you will understand what a pleasure it is to keep chickens and be able to communicate this to potential new chicken keepers. As you probably know, we are a design company that concentrates on innovative modern pet products. To date we have designed the Eglu chicken and rabbit houses and most recently launched the Beehaus beehive. Prior knowledge of chickens and bees is not necessary but a love and appreciation of ‘the good life’ is a must! You must be a smart, confident and professional with previous call centre and sales experience and possess excellent attention to detail. This role will involve 60% inbound and 40% outbound calls This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of a friendly company.
