stehaggan Posted March 26, 2011 Share Posted March 26, 2011 a day or 2 late.. i had almost given up home but this morning cheep cheep.... new baby welsummer sat under the broody.... another has since hatched and they are both nice and fluffy now and sooooo cute. After reading on google about markings I think they may both be girls.. v shape on head, eyeliner and markings on the back but can anyone else give a verdict.. this video and photos is just of the first one but the second is the same :-S fingers crossed they are girls! stehaggan Posted March 27, 2011 Author Share Posted March 27, 2011 All five have now hatched from what i can tell off the information off google the first 4 look like girls and the last one looks like it might be a boy. I suppose i won't really know until they are 5 weeks old and their breast feathers come through. This has been my first time hatching and they are soooo cute!!
