soapdragon Posted March 30, 2011 Share Posted March 30, 2011 Following some helpful hints from other kind and patient forum users I have been attempting to add an avatar BUT when I upload the picture from my computer and press the key the screen says that the web page is unavailable . Its been doing this for a week now and I don't know why (and if I did, I probably wouldn't understand it!!) I followed all the instructions and it seemed as though it SHOULD be quite easy but now I'm feeling very inadequate I'd be delighted if someone could tell me that its the technology and not me but I'm not holding my breath!!! Import it directly from the web site to your desktop or pictures folder then use it from there.Remember to make sure its file size is small enough. I think I'll just give up..I'm just not computer savvy...I have somehow managed to mess up my password logging on this evening! I guess I just should not be allowed near a computer!
