chickencam
We have 2 packets of Boursin cheese going out of date, one garlic and herb and one black pepper. I can use them with pasta but we have loads of new potaoes at the moment so I was hoping to make a quiche with some of it, has anyone tried this? I would like to cook with most of it because it is nearly out of date. Any suggestions please?
Cinnamon
Yep, slice open a chicken breast, wop the Boursin in,wrap the breast in some sage leaves, bacon or Pancetts strips & sprinkle on some olive oil, then either fry or bake
Ain't Nobody Here
I do a similar recipe! Stuff with Boursin, wrap in streaky bacon, bit of chicken stock, in the oven for 35 mins (or so). Thicken juices with a little cornflour after cooking. Yum . Sorry, that's no help for a quiche .

Charlottechicken
According to the Boursin website, you can freeze Boursin for up to a month, not minis though, whatever they are. So if you can't decide what to do with it just yet, this might give you a bit of time.
The Dogmother
Yes, you can _ I always have some in the freezer. Rosie has a serious Boursin habit
