It was so quick! and I wanted more but I'm being good

 

yes, I think I might get them a gravity feeder and drinker - I don't think the grub and glug are well suited to the littluns just yet!

My reasoning was (after we had the obviously) I'll only want to get more/ hatch some eggs next year and it'll save you driving to collect a second hand I'm only thinking of you my darling.

In my experience Silkies have a different kind of bok... It's more a "wa wa wa" fairly noisy but very endearing

I changed to gravity feeders as well, it just seemed easier for them.

Ours sounded like ducks crossed with chicks - I think they're still very young! so sweet! they make a racket when you pick them up, but it's a chirruping sort of racket rather than the screeching whiny noise that my makes when we pick her up

I wanted a WIR when I only had 2! I only got another eglu because of intros and run space!
