bluekarin Posted August 18, 2011 Share Posted August 18, 2011 I personally don't know how you feel, but both my daughters have joint/ appendage problems so I can understand how you are feeling. If the weather where you are is the same here ie cold and pouring with rain, I'll bet that doesn't help. Would a warmed wheat pack help?
