malcolm
If you have no room for burial. What method do you use for disposal?

Olly
And me. Alternatively your vet will probably dispose of the remains, for a fee.
malcolm
I have space in the garden. Just wonder what others do. Unfortunately I have one to do tonight.
Patricia W
DEFRA don't recommend burying. It's either incineration at the vets or double bag and put in the rubbish. I do the latter like everyone else. Even if it wasn't for the DEFRA guidelines, burying is difficult because they can get dug up by foxes and the like - several people on here have had that experience. I'm so sorry you lost a chicken - one of the downsides of keeping chickens.
