Pumpkin and ginger tea bread

Made my pumpkin/squash and ginger loaf this morning, but I think I've taken it out of the oven a bit prematurely :? I gave the loaf 50 mins then tested with a cocktail stick which came out clean. However... it's very squidgy in the middle so I am assuming not quite cooked properly. Hey ho, never mind it will be lovely hot with some custard or ice cream!
