Lindy Loo Posted November 11, 2007 Share Posted November 11, 2007 I have made and bottled a reasonable quantity of Raspberry Liqueur and it looks and tastes gorgeous. However, some of the sugar syrup has sunk to the bottom of each of the bottles. When I gently invert the bottles several times the syrup mixes back into it. Is this normal or have I added too much syrup to the vodka mixture? Any advice would be welcome as I have some raspberries and blackberries "relaxing" in vodka at the moment and I have been delaying the evil bottling moment...
