Purplemaniacs
We are having an out of uniform day and wearing something spotty. As children are out of uniform I am going in jeans and spotty top (home spotted ). After school there is a Children in Need disco which I have been asked to help at but I don't have too May watch some of the tv when I get home tonight. AJuff
I had 13 kids from the church youth group baking at my house last night. 48 cup cakes and gingerbread bears = lots of mess but happy youth. Cake stall tomorrow at church . . .
chickenNutter
Did you watch the bit with the kid who had lekimia and he died I was very emotional at that point because someone I was very close to died quite recently My husband called in to donate just after that piece, and the volunteer on the other end of the phone asked him if they had just had an appeal as there had been a sudden huge spike in calls, As a Face and body painter I like most others was painting for CIN from 9 O'clock in the morning to 7pm in the evening at a Sure Start centre and then a local children's play area fundraiser. I was absolutely whacked and fell asleep on the sofa mid evening, so missed most of the coverage. Hubby woke me up to watch the newsreaders though, I thought they were great.
