The Dogmother
I get that from Ruby - serves me right for teaching her the touch game to get her attention.... she now nudges me mercilessly when she wants my attention
lillybettybabs
He is a true comic and far to intelligent for his own good sometimes - like freeing all the dogs from the kennels (which meant sliding bolts across) and muttering when the guns don't shoot properly. Seagazer
I love the photo and caption (always thought that song was sooooo creepy) My brother's black lab used to sit in front of my mum when she was eating and stare her out whilst dribbling at the same time, he always won! Lavenders_Blue
So true! Actually, Tango is very good and doesn't beg for food while we are eating. However, if we are out walking and someone so much as puts their hand in a pocket she is straight over, doing her very best good-girl sitting in the hope it will result in a treat! (It works with most people )

The Dogmother
In my case it's spaniel eyes - complete with long fringed eyelashes..... And that's just the owner! ....However, if we are out walking and someone so much as puts their hand in a pocket she is straight over, doing her very best good-girl sitting in the hope it will result in a treat! (It works with most people ) Ruby does the same; in the park this morning she subjected a dog walking friend with her repertoire of sit... paw... down... paw. when he put his hand in his pocket to rummage for a tissue Good girl! The Dogmother
Ruby scours the park every morning for discarded burgers, chips and kebabs. She will even clear up piles of vomit I have to be really tough and keep an eye on her on Saturday and Sunday mornings
lillybettybabs
Your two love green tripe , They would beg for a bit when i was dishing dinner up for my lot. They had a small bit of trip on there dinner at night - I'm sure Cyrus wanted to roll in it! I still can't cope with the smell!
The Dogmother
I might have to ask you to get some from your supplier for me then, or tell me where you get it. I can't stand the smell either... I can stand any amount of gore, poo or sick but not smell
lillybettybabs
oh it's terrible but they lurv it an that's the only thing that makes me buy it. I'll let you know when we are getting some as it's a friend of our that drives up north to collect it normally but we have a new supplier who is delivering those chickens and he's giving us a sample so we might try him. You'll need to sort your freezer out soon.
The Dogmother
I know I am getting quotes in for re-organising the utility room and I'm hoping it will give me room for either another (Freecycle hopefully) under counter freezer or a slim top loader.
