chickencam Posted May 28, 2012 Share Posted May 28, 2012 This is crazy and cruel I have a friend who is a runner who idolises Jessica, my friend is way too thin, she is always getting infections and other illnesses, she took an enforced rest from running for a couple of weeks and looks all the better for it. She will be well aware of all the demands on her body and will be on a strict calorie in and out programme. as a Mum of 2 swimmers - YS could be called anorexic - as skin and bone, but at the age of 10 has a six pack and eats for England.
