Seagazer
My hubby didn't think it was loud enough! He does like his music really loud, we've been listening to the cd on full pelt as we've been driving around the last couple of days. My DD saw it Sunday night and said that at the end, the lights stayed down and all you could hear was people sobbing She said she nearly always cries at the stage show but that she was really sobbing at the end too. She's going to see it again this week.

Pearls007
All the boys in my family loved it - that's OH (age censored) and boys of 19 and 13 (though the boys do have a musical theatre habit!).
Chook n Boo Mum
Bless him...none of his male best buds can come home this weekend, but his girl ones can...so I think he may be less than impressed at an enforced musical outing with me on top of an all girl (plus Dad of course!) birthday dinner He went with DH & 2 girlies.....and his comment..."it WAS epic!" I took DD & my "adopted extra daughter" to see Pitch Perfect, and thoroughly enjoyed that.....I will see Les Mis without the family

Griffin
I bravely took myself off to see it on my own yesterday. I haven't read the book, seen the stage show, I only knew a couple of songs, nothing else about it but it was wonderful. It was beautiful and deserves all the Oscars it's been nominated for. I cried, alot I'n now feeling the need to download the soundtrack. I might take Daisy & Molly to see it too.
