Grandmashazzie
Looks amazing and just the thing for this weather.I had noticed the shelter in one of your previous posts and was already planning project for OH
Chortle Chook
I think the main part came from Flyte so Fancy. But as you say could probably be made up by a skillful being. My OH painted it and arranged for the sign.
AndreaT
You must be a mind reader, I have just been searching the net for the very same thing! It looks fab, is it the small or large one?
Chortle Chook
We went for the large one as it has the nice perches. To start with we thought we should have gone for the smaller one as we only have a small garden but I'm very glad we plumped for the larger one as we have 9 banties who all like to get in there together. Chortle Chook
Can't wait for when you come and see it and all my chooks P.S. Can't see your darling little kitty in your signature
suebee
That's top spec Shabby Chic... and a great idea. Mine have got a similar thing, (not snazzy like yours though), but the scaredy pair won't venture out of their run in this weather, and so only use theirs in summer... Chortle Chook
suebee, chickens are not very quick to adapt to new things. It was a while before my girls decided to use their cafe / shelter and to begin with I began to feel that it was one huge white elephant but after I had physically picked them up and put them in it a few times they eventually got the hang of it. For just two little chicks, this one might do the job. I started off with this till I got too many chooks and it acts as a very good cafe for just a few girlies I'm sure it could really be quite easily made up. It is the painting which is the fun part. It started off in pink and cream and later became this

Mrs_B
I love the Flyte So Fancy coops and wooden items - they are so beautifully made! I have the Cottage Hen House which is on sale and would really recommend it! Also, like Shabby Chic, have the large shelter and dust bath. Lovely items which the chooks too ignored for a while, but ended up using them in the end Shabby Chic - I am really loving your sign - I have now added the idea for a sign for when I get to decorate my new WIR x
Chortle Chook
Shabby Chic - I am really loving your sign - I have now added the idea for a sign for when I get to decorate my new WIR x I really recommend those sign people because they are just so nice to deal with and are very willing to change their models around. They even painted a duck sign for me in the colours of my little call duck drake when I sent them his picture
