merlina
One or two of my girls are laying eggs with a greenish-tinged white. It's noticeable when the egg is cracked into a white china cup, but not once cooked I'm assuming this is because of something they are eating while FR? Or could it be something else? jambo
Hi I've heard that if there's a slight greenish tinge to the egg white that its just the chickens are eating something that is high in B2 (rubiflavin) which is really good for you anyway I'm obviously not an expert but as long as they don't smell funny or taste funny then I'm sure its nothing to worry about James
