How can I find my old pictures?

Hello there, very happily got my new cube erected today, by loving if disgruntled husband..

Going to have to sell my beloved classic

 

Does anyone know if the cube used to have a larger grub? I know the glug used to have nipples, but that has gone, but the grub is the same size as my classic, I don't know if it's a mistake, or just. A bit disappointing.?

Mine came with the standard sized grub 4 years ago. I now have 2 grubs for 9 chickens in the run to keep those hungry chicken tummies happy. I don't recall any choice on size of grub. I hope this helps.

Thanks clucker1, I was thinking of perhaps before I got my classic, on 2008 but perhaps I got muddled up with the new design of the eglu go.

 

I'm still disappointed with the grub, so wondered if anyone has used the glug from a cube for food, as it's much larger, and if it's a success with the girls (hens) ?

And then I would buy an additional one of those ..

I think it would be too deep for them to reach the food at the bottom. I have 2 grubs on the go in the Omlet WIR, and I only have 5 hens in there at the moment so I replenish once a week.

Grubs are only one size, I use three for my lot, only needs refilling once a week.

I don't ever use the omlet standard feeders and drinkers as I've found that they don't contain enough and the feed is easily scattered out of the feeder. I have gravity drinkers and feeders hanging up in the run.
