Back to work today in my little home office, but down in the garden some chickens are making the most of a tiny bit of sun. Made me smile - hope it does you too

Here are Doodle Silkie (who nearly died last year) and Dandelion Frizzle

and Polands DoDo (its one year since she came to me from Leanne) and Dot who survived against the odds in 2013

Cute,yes we too have a dry sunny day my lot are out free ranging and loving it after being huddled under coop all yesterday to escape the rain.

Dandelion is cute isn't she - really cuddly. She is very friendly too. She is always first to take anything from my hand and if I am gigving to any of the other girls she will pull at the bottom of my trouser leg as if to say 'Don't forget wee me' I was lucky to get her as she is a perfect Frizzle specimen all bar a bent toe (on the foot you can't see in the picture) which she got when she was helped out of the egg. I know you are not supposed to do this but I don't think she would have made it otherwise.
