Chicken bald back

I hope StephenW doesn't mind me using his photo, but way back in 2012 he posted pictures of his lovely girls and this was one of them. I asked him what type of chicken it was and he told me it was a millefleur pekin bantam. I sooooooo wanted one.

The other day, I was deleting stuff from my computer to find that I had saved his post in my favourites and I realised that Gemma came pretty close to looking like that.

I must admit the pekins and Lucie have been the best girls I've had and I would definitely choose pekins over anything else.
