Cat tails
Need to make a test on eggs for my students! We've been invetigating the commercial side of eggs for a while, were some acted as bakers, transporters or consumers. Any suggestions? Olly
Sorry. .. I'm not clear what sort of test. Are you looking for facts about eggs? Give us an idea of the sort of question.
Cat tails
They have to do a written test and have to study some facts on eggs including details of their experiments. One experiment was dropping an egg from 1,5 m into a little catcher made entirely of paper. And not letting it crack of course.
Luvachicken
How about making a marble run but using an egg instead ? The children at my new school had to make a marble run with with junk and the slowest marble won - you could do the same with an egg but maybe with the egg staying in one piece
mullethunter
What is the scientific name for the egg white? When the egg develops what is the yolk used for? What is the white used for? Can you describe a simple test to tell if an egg is fresh, old, or rotten? Which metal carbonate is found in the shell?
