I used 2 recipes and then did my own thing because i couldn't work out why they differed so much. My ready made pastry case was too dry and split so I ended up having to make a wholemael base. Amazingly everyone loved it and I added extras like tewkesbury mustard to perk it up. Will do it again! Wish I'd checked the sticky though!!
