Cinnamon
I wouldn't recommend a trampoline Try a hanging CD, which they like to try to peck at, or my hens favourite, a corn on the cob, raw, with a hook in hanging from the run ceiling. That keeps them entertained for hours as they try to beak the corn of & it spins out of their reach
Tina C
Chickens like FOOD. They will only play with something if there is food involved. ,Or if they think there is food invloved

Noodle
I put sweetcorn up yesterday. All three girls looked at me like I was mad and walked away My OH has just called me to say he has taken the sweetcorn down, cooked it and put it back!!! What a softie he is So we will see if it has made any difference when I get home

superjules
Mine ignore the CD I put up for them. Maybe because they don't have a CD player!

It was a dodgey compilation freebie with the saturday newspaper!! I wonder what songs chickens like? "Chirpy chirpy cheep cheep" perhaps? chocolatedog
I bought a rabbit treat ball from pets at home (about the size of a tennis ball) to put mixed grain in. It's yellow with pictures of carrots on it!!! (The girls don't mind! As long as it's got food in it, they don't mind what colour it is!!!) http://www.petsathome.com/invt/13937 here's a link - only this one is green rather than yellow! Guest
i just bought one of those cages that you put bird treats in and stuffed it with spinach and hung it in the run within their reach- they were disgusted that it didn't have sweetcorn in it and turned their backs on it- they might try it when they get used to it
