I've lost.....

Recommended Posts

It doesn't worry me - I dont feel like I want to eat them or anything. I'm always giving crisps and chocolate to James without a worry.

Now the bag of satsumas on the kitchen island - they are tempting!

Good for you Pengy - I won't recognise you when you come to Jimmy's in December!

Lesley - have you told Carl about your new cardio exercise?

I used to have an RSA (now lapsed) qualification as a fitness instructor and found it reaklly easy to motivate other people, but devilishly hard to motivate myself! If I get to the gym and it's packed, I just go home instead  I really need a training partner to make me do it.

I think that's why lighterlife works, you have your couselling and your group meetings.

I couldn't go to my meeting last Monday and I can't go tomorrow either (Mum is away so I'd need a babysitter and have to wake James up to put him in the car to take the babysitter home). I have missed my group and I don't like missing the counselling. But I'm just feeling motivated by the weight loss.

Just come in here for your counselling PM - we'll all help you!

I did pick up a leaflet on Lighterlife but I've decided to go down the gym route first, I may change later if I need to. All I've changed with my diet is not eating the things I know I shouldn't be eating anyway  I did find a reduced copy of the cookbook which went with the TV series Cook Yourself Thin, I watched a couple of those and liked their way of thinking. The book is really good and I'm going to make the beetroot chocolate cake today............

Clare - yes i did tell Carl about my new cardio excersize plan - he just went :roll::roll:

Thanks - If I'm struggling I'll let you all know!

My group is lovely though and I miss them, we were all bonding really nicely. I was thinking of inviting them over for a Christmas get together where we ALL drank water and I could serve iced milkshakes instead of frozen cocktails along with huge jugs of water with and without lighterlife flavourings.

Oh and super strong coffee with vanilla milkshake instead of milk.
