I was putting this away today Clare, and thought of you!

It is a Jigger - used for measuring spirits. I bought it from Tesco for something like £1.45

 

I thought you might be interested. The photo shows Ellie's first egg when she started laying again and it is quite small.

Thanks for that Lesley, I will look out for one of those at Tesco. At the moment I have to pad out the regular size egg cups with kitchen towel
