xScrunchee
fun for you, not for me.... Its HARD being dyslexic, and my school doesn't even DO ANYTHING about it . So its even HARDER I wouldn't worry about the fact you done a typo Fred, all it really shows is that you type fast The faster I type, the more I get the letters the wrong way round. I am forever typing whne (when) etc, I just hope that people know what I am on about So when I saw your typo I didn't think you was dyslexic-I thought that you typed fast Perhaps it might be an idea to speak to your parents/guardians about you feeling that the school is offering no help or support and that you are struggling. Worth a try??
Guest
And Fred, I'm another ICT teacher. I can type, at 70wpm BUT I can't spell for toffee and I'm useless at proof reading! I can't spell because I'm a victime of the grate ITA skeme. (acutally I think that should be skeem!) http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/1523708.stm

The Dogmother
I'm not dyslexic and I get the biggest wrapping of wrappings from Eglun8titne ( ), Cleret ( ) and Leslie ( ) !!! And someone's cruising for a bruising next time I see him I can't touch type (one of my biggest regrets), so when I'm tired or in a hurry, it all comes out gobbledy gook too... don't worry Fred - most of us have had a pretty pooey day at work and are trying to let off some steam - it's certainly not aimed at you... in fact it's usually aimed at Martin

Guest
Be careful when using sarcasm and humor. And never use American spellings - that's unless you want Lesley, Egluntine and I down on you AND ME!! You should hear the colorful language I use when Brits use American spellings!! I want to throw my laptop in the trash!!! COLOURFUL is the ENGLISH spelling! I've pondered a bit Christian, but I don't think that was deliberate was it? Guest
Well spotted Ginette! indeed! I missed it. I think it was deliberate, hence the use of "trash" and not "bin". Don't you just hate it when "Brits" adopt Americanisms!
Christian
Oh come on everyone! You should know me by now!! Off to bake zucchini fritters on the stove, with fries and root beer and I'm sure i can broil something too!
