Geoid
The hens where outside free ranging, and I went inside. The next thing there is a knock on the door from a neighbour (who was gardening) and I see the girls running around on the road!

Becka
I can remember coming home one day to see my lovely, wee black pekin walking down my neighbours driveway! She too had found a way under the fence. Wee monkey that she was, she used to do a dance for the old lady who lived nextdoor, all the way along the fence and in return she would be fed biscuits! All part of her strictly controlled diet - not.

Guest
Before we got foxed, the neighbours used to take great delight in the fact our chickens felt equally at home in their gardens as ours. Gave the postman a bit of a fright the morning they were sitting in the front, mind!
Martin B
Sounds like a dramatic affair!
