chocchick
They wouldn't sell chickens would they?! They would need a large supply for everyone
The Dogmother
Probably not, but they'd make loads of money if they had some stock there, as people could save on the postage charge.

Mel (& Paul)
Have just dashed in to change before going out on urgent claim - burst water main has washed away some horses..........(actually I just think its the all weather gallop, but hey, this sounds more exciting) I have written on my list to ring Omlet on Friday

Mel (& Paul)
I tend to favour a big stick with a nail in the end. Its what I use on Minky and (& Paul) I'll let you know how I get on (with Omlet, not with whacking Paul......)

Mel (& Paul)
He wont bite me - I give him his food Ok, not too much to tell - Jan is meeting with the herb centre next week - possibly Wednesday. They are still aiming for a Saturday in mid-August - hopefully an afternoon / going on into the evening with a pig roast (no roast chickens I hope ) etc. They are also hoping to compile a list of B&Bs in the area too As soon as they have anything more they'll come back to Kate Ok
The Dogmother
Brilliant news Mel! That's a fantastic venue - I've used it for a couple of events and they do great wholefood there too and delicious homemade cakes. You can hire the whole venue and they have gardens, a nature trail and chickens too.... So long as she doesn't put my place on the B&B list
