Janty
Remember Bauble when we first got her in December. She had hardly any neck feathers and her back was bald. This is Bauble today... She is enjoying living in her new cube with the other girls. Edited February 13, 2008 by Guest

Janty
She eats anything and everything now. Favourites seem to be mealworms and carrots.

CatsCube
Wow I cant believe how quick the transformation is, I thought they stayed bald for longer than that. She certainly looks in good health now.
chelsea
I cant believe how much she has changed in such a short space of time I would say that was remarkably quick to look in such good condition....must be all the TLC she is getting! Janty
She does have cod liver oil, chicken spice and marmite in with her layers mash each morning. I also add a splash of skimmed milk (I know that lots of people have said that hens are lactose intolerant but the recipe came from the perfect pekins site) and a crushed up multi vitamin tablet a couple of times a week. I also buy them a nut and fruit mix from Julian Graves....the thinking behind this was that they love the fruit and the nuts would be a high protein treat.
