Tessa the Duchess
A sample of Yorkshire Tea 'On Chesil Beach' for the book group read, gave up on the library Got it from The Book Depository, £5 free postage, if anybody still hasn't got their copy. Anyway, made a nice change from those nasty brown envelopes Tessa

The Dogmother
That reminds me (thanks) I still haven't had the Ecover sample We sometimes get samples, usually breakfast cereals or feminine hygiene products The best I ever got was a whole outer (dozen) cans of dog food - just from answering a questionnaire on the doorstep. Tessa the Duchess
Well I assumed the little foil packages would contain loose tea So I hunted out the teapot (we are lazy and normally use teabags) had an even longer hunt for the tea strainer, washed the teapot, warmed the teapot, snipped open the foil containers...only to discover it was teabags Made the tea, drank the tea and didn't like it much too strong and tanniny for me. DH said if I hadn't told him it was different tea he wouldn't have noticed any difference. Have to have a cup of Sainsburys Red Label tea bag tea now to take away the bitter taste Tessa

feemcg
Just had my free cuppa - it was lovely (I only dunk my t-bag for a wee second as I like it quite weak) and reminded me of tea at my gran's
