My mother is a teacher and every year they do these great tea towells with a self portrait of all of the children on, so...we thought lets do the same. The idea is we will send the first person a big piece of paper and they can draw themselves on it, they then send it to the next person until the page is full and we will then have it printed on to a tea towell. I thought that too. The paper may get crumpled , and would have to be folded if it was really big. Wouldn't the folds show? I think the exact nature of the self portrait is up to you, it should reflect your character so if that includes a chicken on each shoulder then that's fine. It will be the genuine thing then. If we email our addresses to you can you compile a list to include with the drawing so we have a list of who to post on to? I think that is how the book was passed around? Anyone who wants to be included should draw their portrait in the space on the left hand side of a postcard, and then send it to us. That way all the images will be about the same size and it will be quicker and we won't run out of space on the paper and it won't get crumpled and so on. Does that sound good? Let's get started!
