clucky1
They are really lovely 'happy hens in the snow' - have fun on your hols. My children and chooks had a great time outside today. When it first started to snow - the chickens looked very confused and they kept on pecking at the ground as if corn was falling from the heavens ! Mirkwood
I am getting a little braver letting them out, hy it worries me i dont know but it does. thank you for you complements regarding Nutmeg and Bramble. I do hope some warmer weather comes for them soon. I adore the winter and always have but come on spring time hurry up. The Quail are not impressed with this weather at all. something to cheer them though we are extending their run by 4ft tomorrow so they maybe happier
superjules
Mine were sheltered from the snow in their run and by the time I got back from church most of it had melted so I didn't get any snow chook pics. Nevermind, maybe next time.
