Rachel F
Our two ginger nut rangers and one miss pepperpot were delivered on 13th March. One of the GNRs did her first 'crouch' yesterday... How long 'til we get our first egg?? Thanks. Rachel.
Sarah B
Mine did her first egg before her first crouch so it could be imminent!!
bellekatz
Usually about a week or so, but I have some that lay and never crouch!
superjules
My Magpie took a whole fortnight between her first crouch and actually producing the goodies. She certainly took her time over it! People normally report about a week. Our bantams don't crouch for anyone and 2 out of 3 are laying.
Rolo Rabbit
Shirley took 5 days after the first crouch. Our other 2 girls have just started too so we're hoping it won't be long for them either.
Clarabelle
Hi there, Our Pepperpot first crouched nearly 2 weeks before laying and our Gingernut first crouched about 10 days before laying (today, yippppiiiieeee! ) Thinking about it though, it was probably about a week from the time they were crouching in earnest (everytime they were approached) and the day they laid.
