Guest
One of my colleagues (yes there is one that I actually like - just one!) has been on the GMTV "sofa factor" competition. He's in the final and its VOTE time. Anyone have the time could they go and add to his tally - its a link off the homepage http://www.gmtv.co.uk and he is Alan Mechem. Guess what the kids are all doing in their ICT lessons today!
Guest
Thanks to anyone who voted - he won! Lucky chap is off to Vegas now and may have a future as a TV presenter. I hate him for escaping from here before me!!!

Guest
He is a media studies teacher and he actually used to be in the class next door to me. He is an extremely nice chap - he sent a lovely email around the school today saying "its amazing that a short fat bloke like me could win something like that!". The kids had worked out by about 5 past 9 how to vote more than once - who says there is no vote rigging any more??? Apparantly it was the biggest web vote they have had for a competition!
