Wouldn't mind but my crocs are bright red and they never peck those...

Try doing it wearing a sparkly toe ring too - it gives new meaning to keeping on your toes!

My OH burnt his hand quite badly on our woodburner, and the language he used when one of the chickadiddles pecking the scab off was quite interesting!

Mine did that too for about the first month. Pecked everything in sight, toes, stitching on jeans, shoe laces etc. But after that they just stopped and only pecked at food. Very ocassionly Henrietta thinks she is a magpie and pecks my silver colour watch but the others don't.

I hate feet so any reason to keep the toes covered is a good one - although there aren't many in the summer!

I let them out into the garden this evening to play the grape game (we are worming them at the moment using the grape technique as recommended by forum members) and Ivory and Latte pecked my toes

Hi, I have the same trouble with my girls glad I'm not the only one ! When they hear the back door all 10 dash across the lawn (some doing low flying) and peck my toes even through my crocs ! Have thought about lagging myself in Ukadex to just get through the garden ! Clare x

as yesterday was lovely (just like the last few!!) I decided that we would have a pic nic style lunch! yes on the grass!

 

 

well I had all 6 of my girls out and "baby stole a sausage roll and ran off with it in her beak lol, cocky stole a cheese sarnie and one of the others ran of with a bit or fruit! needles to say they found themselves back in their run!

I had this done to me the other day, was wearing a dark maroon colour, think they thought it was a raisin! Then my sister had it done the same evening when she popped round, was a orangy colour, maybe they thought that was corn?

 

By the way, what is the grape method used for worming? Going to do mine starting tomorrow so any helpful tips would be good
