Nutmeg
Arrived this morning at 9.30am, just as I was leaving to walk the dog. Darren from Omlet was lovely and said go off and walk the dog and I will still be here when you return. Quickest dog walk ever! PURPLE is perfect and we love it. I have done nothing all day except sit gazing into the run, talking to them. They are amazing! From being timid when they first arrived, two are taking treats from our hand and all four run up to the door when we open it Photos will be added tomorrow as OH has been asleep all afternoon with Hay Fever; he thinks he is allergic to the Aubiose Edited May 10, 2008 by Guest

Nutmeg
They are tucked up in bed Had to use the torch method and my son and I sat with them until they all got the hang of it We love the names too, we each chose our own and Charles is named after a drawing of a chicken my son did at school. Sitting here with a nice cup of tea and looking forward to the morning when I can see them again. Promise photos will be added tomorrow Nutmeg

Nutmeg
As promised here are some photos of our new girls. We tried feeding them by hand and they took to it straight away! Florence got quite carried away and jumped up for more Hubby made me a spare set of roosting bars and a little house to cover the dustbath bowl...... And some chicken agility jumps! Another lovely day spent just chicken gazing. Family and friends have been to visit them and all said how lovely and soothing it was to just sit and watch them in the sunshine. (puts my Heath Robinson contraption to shame ) Thank you Christian, I tried describing to him your dustbath that we saw at your Hen Party and he ended up making a little detached house Yes he would make you one (says she happily volunteering him ) Nutmeg
