2009 Omlet cube and run for sale

Hi everybody!

Our green Eglu arrived last week and we picked up our girls this afternoon. They had a great time playing in the grass, ate, and drank upon arrival. Please feel free to view our pictures at the link below and thank you for all of your advice and kindness!

Great pictures, your little helper is a doll I see your Eglu came with the plastic roosting bars...I hear thier all the rage, easier to keep clean, and they stay in one piece.

They are approximately 10 weeks of age. We had a chance to get some two year old breeders but decided to pass on the instant eggs for chicks that we could watch grow. We are having so much fun already. I sat outside this evening with a few pints and held them each for a bit. Then I fed them some beetles from the garden and some raisins. I can't believe how different each one is. Saturday we are going to let them roam the garden for the first time. I will post some pictures.

Did the plastic roosting bars come as standard or did you have to order them?

 

I've just ordered my first Eglu and I thought they came with wodden roosting bars. I tried to upgrade but Omlet told me this wasn't necessary.

 

Just wanted to check this was correct really.

This is correct. We ordered when it was still wooden bars, and then they switched over and we wondered what we'd get and it was the new plastic ones, thank goodness!
