ChrisP
Sorry, wanted to be able to rant, and it seems like a good place to rant, because this is a friendly forum Why is it that some days just go rubbish, and you're left feeling like a deflated balloon? Seem to be having a few of them these days Think that a trip to the gym for an intense work out is needed, to tire my brain out, always seems to be buzzing away, and won't be stopped Seem a bit isolated from the rest of the world, and fed up of this Sorry, I know there's nothing you can do, just thought a little rant would make me feel better
Couperwife
oh hon... some days are rather pants arent they but every cloud has a silver line to it there is light at the end of the tunnel (even if it is an oncoming train ) things can only get better. the only way is up and you can always come here for a rant, and someone will try and make you feel slightly better, either by daft humour or by agreeing that it is pants cathy x
whittlewitch
Must be the weather, I got up this morning feeling like my head was in a vice! I'm sure that our rubbish summer doesn't help. Go and get yourself of to the gym, and as I'm not a member of one have an extra hard work out for me too!!
Rona
Don't worry you can rant all you like on here and "Ooops, word censored!"ody will mind. A good workout at the gym should make you feel better by releasing loads of feel-good endorphins and if it doesn't, you will have earned yourself a great big chocolate cake or whatever is your favourite naughty treat. Egluntyne
Rotten feeling isn't it. Go for a run and get those endorphins pumping...it will lift your mood, and then go and play with the hens. Edited July 16, 2008 by Guest
Ziggy
Monday seems to have been a bad day for many people this week... I too was one of the people ranting away yesterday... you have all my sympathies!! I hope today brings better moods and you get time to get to the gym and get an energising workout... I always used to feel on top of the world after a workout!!

Tina C
Yesterday was a bad day for me too - I thought it was to do with my age And then when I burnt the flapjack AND the s"Ooops, word censored!"s I was cooking up for the chooks that was it, I gave up. I was in bed by 8 as I knew it could not get better and could potentially get a lot worse. Feel slightly more on top of things today. Seagazer
Yesterday was bad for me too. I dropped a cup onto a cup and broke one of them. Later I went to give YS some medicine (off school ill) and knocked a glass and it smashed on the floor. In the afternoon I let the girls out to free range and got the parasol out of the garage, dropped it, it half landed on hubby's bike, I pulled it up and broke one of the arms - the wood just snapped in half. I was very worried to go out in the car.....
hils78
Do a search for symptoms of SAD....I swear our blimmin awful summers have a lot to answer for. I recently read a book (can't remember author) fiction called Hunting & Gathering -a great read. Anyway in there was something that really stuck with me, was something like "if you're going down, make sure you get to the bottom so you can kick off again". I think thats so true! Keep your chin up. x
