Thanks Martain

its going to be hard work. The last time I did it I raised £150, and run it in 22mins

this year i will be lucky to do it in an hour.. and its an hour and a half round trip to get there (worth it to raise money for charity though)

Well done Kaz for even trying it given what you have been through, puts me to shame, I did it a couple of years ago, much fitter then! My daughter is doing it on Sunday, at a park near to us and our church is on the edge of the park, so we have organised a "Ladies Lunch for Life" for the runners from our church and their friends and for those ladies who can't take part, after the race, lunch will be £5 each with all the money going to the charity, as all the food is donated, that way everyone can feel they have been involved and done their bit.

Great to hear that you're doing it too Kaz. Rosie and I are doing it again this year - her 2nd year and my fourth. We'll probably end up walking most of it as she can't run that far yet, but my psycadelic shorts are making another appearance as a condition of some of my sponsors!

Good luck to all of those taking part, we will be doing ours on 18th June.
