Mrs Frugal
Oh Jo, she is gorgeous but she's a little 'un, isn't she. She looks about the same size as my Sussex girls were when they arrived and they were around 14 weeks old. They had tiny combs like that too. She's adorable!! I hope she settles into the Minnie-lu tonight and has a comfortable night. Lovely to meet you and good luck with sweet little Minnie . Christian
Glad it has worked out so far They will soon get used to eachother and then will live in harmony She does look very young, no comb yet etc. Give it a few weeks and I'm sure she will be fine
mrsallen08
I can see why you couldnt resist! I'm a big softie too! I am suprised we don't have more pets yet by the amount of adds you see, Free to Good Home. I have to hide the phone from myself! They will be fine soon, plenty of treats all eaten together usually helps to show there is no threat to the originals!
josephine77
Thanks all, so glad you like her - she is adorable, and I'm so glad I've got her now. When I get home this evening I will let them all free-range together and give them some treats - Winne and Aggie have just discovered Weetabix - they love it mixed with a bit of water! Whatever next?! I wish I new how to get the photos actually within the post, rather than just as links - any ideas? J xx
Mrs Frugal
Hi Jo, You can only get photos into posts if they're hosted somewhere like Photobucket as the Omlet gallery won't let you link properly. There's a topic on posting photos in the FAQ section which might help if you've not already got a Photobucket account - here Good luck with the free ranging. Hope it's nice and stress free for you all.

SarahJo
Just been to Garden Poultry . Minnie looks like a "golden rocket" hybrid, or a warren. Sweet little thing ....

Thanks Sarah, I like the idea of her being a 'golden rocket' sounds much better than 'small brown hen' ! J x
