theherd123
No Buffie no, I love the summer and it has been nothing but miserable since i have been off work. I think i have had my shorts on once and my legs are still milk white! So if i decide to put on a skirt you will all need to wear sunglasses to reduce the glare! Cate in NZ
...had enough of the summer. BBx Buffie, I'm shocked I love the summer and we just don't get enough of it in this country, in my opinion. It's truly miserable here today, wet, grey, cold, miserable, and it was worse all weekend, bucketting it down all day Saturday and Sunday. I'd love some more warmth and sunshine. Instead I feel like we've got Autumn already...... and I'm not a happy bunny Bring back the summer
Mrs Frugal
I'm with Buffie. I spend all summer wishing it was autumn and I'm so glad it's arriving early. I love winter too - the colder and bleaker the better as far as I'm concerned! I don't like a wet, windy winter but adore cold, frosty, foggy mornings. The Dogmother
They have lots of sturdy wooden tables and chairs in the Bistro, and wooden picnic tables outside too, so chairs probably won't be necessary. There is also a lovely play area for children and some ducks and hens for them to coo over. A nature trail through the woods (would need an adult to go with them) and some ponds in the bottom meadow (these are fenced in as they are deep).
