Lydia Posted August 30, 2008 Share Posted August 30, 2008 We became the very proud owners of 3 more ex-batts this afternoon, courtesy of the Surrey BHWT. They'd been home literally 20 minutes and Mooney (so named because she has a bare bum and my husband said she was inadvertantly mooning at him! Well it's better that Baldy Bum...) found the dustbath and got stuck in The other 2 soon followed. It is truly amazing how quickly the instincts take over when given half a chance. They haven't quite worked out where to roost for the night yet but there's a torch in the eglu to help them. I'm sure they'll get it eventually.
