Had a little jump up and down with excitement and then had to ask the girls the question 'right which one of you two laid it? guess Ill need to watch the nest box to see who goes in, because neither of the two suspects are visibly crouching. Omletina Kyckling Posted September 21, 2008 Share Posted September 21, 2008 Keep the shell of the first blue or green egg as I found that the colours changed slightly over the first few weeks and it was interesting to see.....Freja laid a bluey green egg as her first and they steadily turned green, whereas Britta's blue ones stayed just the same....
